Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, plants must be undamaged and in their original condition.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Shipping for Undamaged Plants

If you choose to return a healthy, undamaged plant, the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer. Please ensure the plant is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

๐ŸŒฑ Damaged or Defective Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, weโ€™re here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant and packaging so we can assess the issue.

After review, we may issue a full or partial refund or offer a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request the plant be returnedโ€”in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Contact us responding to order confirmation email or through our contact form your order number and photos (if applicable)
  • Weโ€™ll respond within 2 business days with next steps
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the return is received or approved
