1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, products, and services. By using our site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

I offer live plants, gardening supplies, seeds, soil, and related items. All products are subject to availability. Due to the nature of live goods, variations in size, shape, and color should be expected.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
  • Payment must be completed before items are shipped or picked up.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on location, weather, and product type. Live plants may only be shipped to locations where they can legally and safely be delivered. I  cannot be responsible for delays caused by carriers or environmental conditions.

5. Live Plant Guarantee

I take great care to deliver healthy plants. However, because I cannot control conditions after delivery, my guarantee may be limited to arrival only unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns for live plants are not accepted unless the plant arrives damaged.
  • Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of purchase in unused condition.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

7. Use of the Website

  • You may not use our website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security.

8. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including plant failure due to improper care, environmental conditions, or negligence after delivery.
